Fixed nant build for SLProxy and ChatConsole. Removed Analyst and Plugin Loader; their build fails because they depend on each other (anyone know what's going on there?).

* Moved SLProxy to the applications directory
...
* Commented out an unused packet from SLProxy
* mapgenerator now takes four arguments, the new third argument is the new unusedpackets.txt file that specifies backend packets that are not used in libsecondlife
* Updated build and solution files to reflect the new changes
