John Hurliman	1e339e143d	openjpeg-libsl NAnt file didn't work out very well, removing it and replacing with fixed Makefile and Makefile.osx. John Hurliman	2c55613dcf	Upgrading OpenJPEG to our custom 1.2-libsl version with C++ style helper functions, and updating openjpegnet to match it.
