* Changed OnFriendshipOffered from a bool to a void

Updates to xcode. Merged in #201 from CrisOmega. Fixed a small bug with new FriendsManager that caused resent packets. Reset packets now show the type (helpful for debuging dumb resent packets like the one I just fixed).
