8da04d52d7 * Moved SLProxy to the applications directory 
* Commented out an unused packet from SLProxy
* mapgenerator now takes four arguments, the new third argument is the new unusedpackets.txt file that specifies backend packets that are not used in libsecondlife
* Updated build and solution files to reflect the new changes

39418cd58d SLProxy now returns a valid HTTP 1.0 response (libsecondlife compatible), and ChatConsole builds to the correct ../../bin directory

5b1da18ed3 SLProxy now recovers from exceptions in packet handling. 
Analyst now casts negative numbers in vectors.

4ba6932a6e PacketBuilder: fixed endianness bug in variable field count 
SLProxy: fixed sequence tracking bug (thanks bushing)
SLProxy: zerodecoded packets are now copied before being passed to delegates

75fc6b9c57 SLProxy's LoginDelegate has been replaced with a LoginRequestDelegate and a LoginResponseDelegate. 
FIXME: This breaks the solution file, since ChatConsole, Analyst, and GodMode now require Nwc.XmlRpc.

743c46a241 SLProxy: fixed handling of zerocoded packets (fixes goto 4) 
SLProxy: using a variant of Packet.Blocks that zeroes outs fields after a goto 5 rather than stopping
libsl/Packet: improved error reporting in Packet.Blocks
libsl/examples: updated client versions (I needed something to test the patch with!)
