+ Updated JasperWrapper.cs so it keeps track of Init State, and initializes automatically (if needed)

* Added a few Begin (async) functions for teleporting

* Added an nant build file for libjaspernet, added it as a build step to the main libsecondlife.build
* Updated the examples.build script to include libjaspernet.dll as a reference
* Teleport example uses the new TeleportStatus enum
