Addition of OnInventoryObjectRemoved, BeginRequestFolderContents and EndRequestFolderContents. RequestFolderContents now blocks, all courtesy of chris omega. also new xcode project file that seems to compile.

Added GoHome and Teleport(LLUUID Landmark). And yes it can be anyones landmark. Also reorganized the testclient commands. But am leaving it to someone else to fix up the VS solution.
