fd6c2217a0 Add some extra sanity checks when restring inventory from cache 
* Don't restore folders that are not in the skeleton
* Don't restore items that belong to changed folders

6182ba84cd LIBOMV-686 Implements new event patterns based on the Microsoft Framework Design Guidelines in InventoryManager (Not every delegate is converted yet) 
LIBOMV-734 Thanks to Douglas R. Miles for converting the events in EstateManager over to new patterns
LIBOMV-735 Removes redundant LoggedIn event from NetworkManager, when LoginProgress Status == Success you can reliably send packets to a simulator. If you send before this event is raised, an exception will be thrown and your application will crash, previously your request would just get sent to the bitbucket without any notice, Thanks lkalif for the help getting this bug fixed correctly

5bd0aae867 * Inventory.RootNode and Inventory.LibraryRootNode now return null instead of throwing an exception. Properties should not throw exceptions 
* Fixed unintended overriding of LindenMessages.AssetUploaderBlock.State
* Changed the disposable pattern of Simulator to match what MS code analysis suggested
* Added using { } blocks to lots of stream opening to ensure the streams are always closed before going out of scope

824d4984c5 InventoryFolder.PartialContents delegate gets a new parameter, remaining, which tells you how many contents the server has yet to send to us. PartialContents delegate documented.

bf38b0ed16 OnPartialContents event added to InventoryFolder that triggers as contents are streamed in from the server. RequestFolderContents' FolderContentsCallback parameter can safely be null.

82250be4f1 Added more sophisticated path handling to Inventory. cd command path handling is now available to all TestClient commands. Resolved [TC-12]. Helpers.Implode replaced by String.Join.
