* Added Hex Viewer to Inspector
* Login Response is now decoded as XML

* Added XML to Treeview decoder for Capabilities messages
* bound form parameters for port, url and ip to proxy startup
* Default raw tab font is Consolas, Cleaned up the format a bit
* Filter lists are now sorted alphabetically
