* Adds a new ForEach(KeyValuePair<TKey,TValue>) method to InternalDictionary * Removing SafeAdd/SafeRemove from InternalDictionary and adding locks to normal Add/Remove. Also added locks to the [] operator and removed unnecessary locks from ContainsKey/ContainsValue * Fixed rampant locking inconsistencies in FriendsManager.
