* Packet ACKs are sent automatically now
* Converting more pointers to boost::shared_ptr objects
* Completely redesigned Packet class
* PacketBuilder files containing packet construction functions
* Fixed a few of the naming inconsistencies
* test_app is currently dumping real estate sales data
