John Hurliman 57f2d5cc6e * Applied a patch from jradford to get ParcelManager.Buy() working again 
* Reduced the default "Far" distance for bots to 128 meters
* Fixed what appeared to be a bug in the state tracking of AgentUpdate messages. If I screwed this up please comment what is going on there and revert it

InventorySystem
Addition of OnInventoryObjectRemoved, BeginRequestFolderContents and EndRequestFolderContents. RequestFolderContents now blocks, all courtesy of chris omega. also new xcode project file that seems to compile.
