John Hurliman d54bbd9232 * Moved all the delegates and enumerations I could find inside of parent classes, part of a major cleanup
* Reverted the PathTaper / PathScale code
* Added small bits of xmldoc here and there, trying to clean up now that we have auto-generating docs
