27ea92c402 Add labels to iconTest 
Also adds a LightGrey background to the canvas (for contrast when saving
the resulting image, changes the (default) number of columns to 9, and
adds a USP, "iconTestCols", to override that.

openlayers bug:

d4b6cb5c60 Add some initial Mapbox layers to the map 
Show these layers only if an API key has been provided.

Use streets and outdoors v10 instead of v12

This helps with some road symbols not being rendered and some bridges
not showing up.
