261a4a6525 allow filtering for max range in nmi 
html query parameter ?filterMaxRange=50
config.js: filterMaxRange = 50;
filters out aircraft more than 50 nmi from the Site location

579bcb9a78 change var to let 
gives nicer warnings for variable definitions.
scoping for let is more along the lines of  what people used to other
languages like me would expect. (var behaves strange ... wtf js)

3154e8165c change monochromeMarkers and monochromeTracks 
add outlineColor for markers as well

now accepts six digit hexadecimal html color without the #

for example black aircraft with black tracs, white outline:
/?monochromeMarkers=010101&monochromeTracks=010101&outlineColor=FEFEFE
