5d4e2cb307 fix webGL issue that wasn't webGL issue 
chromium bug causing random js variables to become NaN
but only as viewed by a certain js source file, not globally
not sure how to even report this bug upstream

0b286f0d9c Identify Non-Ship AIS Objects 
Aids to Navigation & Land-Based Stations show as shiptype 0 and translates to type RESE. this uses mssi_type to identify those non-ships and gives them types ANAV, LAND & COAS for future filtering.

Change type for shiptype 29 to ASAR to identify it's an airborne AIS object.

589b0e3823 SiteLat / SiteLon take priority over receiver.json 
this is more logical probably
might create other issues with MLAT because people set this instead of
the decoder coordinates but oh well

27ea92c402 Add labels to iconTest 
Also adds a LightGrey background to the canvas (for contrast when saving
the resulting image, changes the (default) number of columns to 9, and
adds a USP, "iconTestCols", to override that.
