3509d54823 zstddec-tar1090 don't export ZSTD_getErrorName 
wasm doesn't support returning strings to js and writing a wrapper is a
hassle, just show the error code instead

81f62475f5 don't get data while panning / zooming 
during this time the map doesn't update anyhow
let's wait until the user is done, then immediately get the correct
viewbox of data
